Changes and Cancellations
Need to change your address or cancel? Email support@tryvelunna.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it, or cancel it and refund you.
Delays
If we can't ship your order within the time we gave you, we'll email you before then with a new ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If your package doesn't arrive, we'll reship it or refund you, your choice.
